Senator Colburn Announces his 33rd Annual Fall Banquet

On Saturday, October 1, 2011, the Citizens for Colburn Committee will be hosting the 33rd Annual Rich Colburn’s Fall Banquet at the Cambridge American Legion Post 91. Festivities will begin at 5:30 PM with a cash bar. Dinner will follow at 6:30 PM. The event will give us an opportunity to hear about the issues surrounding the upcoming October Special Session as well as the 2012 General Assembly Session....

This year’s guest speaker will be Harford County Executive David Craig. Mr. Craig has previously served his home town of Havre de Grace as a member of the City Council and as Mayor and was later elected to the State Senate before becoming County Executive. Mr. Craig is a graduate of Towson University with a B.S. in History, and a master’s degree from Morgan State University. He has also spent 34 years in the Harford County Public School System as a teacher and assistant principal before supporting the creation of high school magnet programs in Math & Science, Homeland Security, Agricultural Sciences, and Medical Arts as County Executive. Mr. Craig is planning to run in the 2014 GOP primary election for Governor.

The seats for this year's banquet are $50.00 per person. Tickets will not be issued. However, your reservation and nametag will be at the door.
